Trust & security
Last updated Oct 13, 2026
Trust in a booking service comes down to two questions: where does the money go, and what happens to my data. Here is exactly how both work.
On this page
Your money never sits with us
Funds move from your wallet to a receiving address we control directly on-chain. We never ask for a private key, seed phrase or exchange login, and there is no custodial balance to freeze or lose.
Prices are signed server-side
Every offer carries an HMAC signature created on our server and the amount is re-checked when the order is created, so a modified page in your browser cannot change what you pay.
Every payment is verified
Every incoming transfer is verified on-chain before an order is marked as paid, and repeated checks are idempotent.
Data we keep — and data we don't
We store your account details (name, email, phone, hashed password), the order itself, and the technical context of the requests that created them (IP, user agent, operating system, browser, language, timezone, screen metrics, client hints) so support can reproduce a problem.
We do not buy, sell or rent personal data, and we run no advertising trackers.
Your account stays yours
Passwords are stored as hashes, sessions live in httpOnly cookies, and you can request a copy or the deletion of your data at any time.
